I did it but it doesn't work for me caz they didn't send anything to my email!!

If you set a rescue email address and can access that email account, you can reset your security questions yourself. Follow the instructions here to check whether this option is available to you:

Otherwise, you will need to contact Apple Support. Contact information is available here:
