How can I get the iOS 10.2 emojis on my iPad 3?

IIt's simply the title. iOS 10 isn't available for iPad 3. But they just added all of these new emojis that I now have on my phone and i use my iPad and phone interchangably. Now a lot of emojis show on my iPad as ?

how can I get the new emojis for iPad 3 if I can't get ios10 on it and it says it is fully up to date when I go to look for update in the settings??

You need IOS 10.2 on your iPad for the new emojis. The iPad 3 can only update to IOS 9.5. Simply put you can't get the new emijis on your iPad.
