Hi
If you are experiencing issues with using Siri on your Apple Watch, it may help to follow the steps here:
Use Siri on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
It may also help to clean your watch, paying particular attention to the microphone port (the lower of the two ports on the opposite side to the buttons), in case it has become blocked by debris. Be sure to follow Apple's cleaning instructions (do not insert anything into the port and do not use any compressed air).
Otherwise, given the steps that you have already tried, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider with a view to arranging for your watch to be inspected and, if recommended, serviced under warranty:
Watch is very new, and very well kept. Quite sure it is the update causing the issue. The mic quit working right after the update. Will there a new watchos update soon?
I suggest that you contact Apple Support for assistance.
I'm afraid that no-one here can tell you when Apple will release the next update (this is a user-based support community - you are not talking to Apple here).
Thanks Jonathan
You're welcome.
