Notifications on notification center are messed

Notifications on notification center are messed as seen below. One notification becomes sticky. When I swipe that overlapping notification to the left, I can not erase it. The only way to correct this is to restart the phone, although after some time another notification becomes sticky again.

Hello orkunakay,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you are having an issue with the Notification Center on your iPhone. I know how important it is to have a working device, and I'm here to help.

Keeping your software up to date is one of the most important things you can do to maintain your Apple product.
Update the iOS software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

After the update, if you are still having an issue. I would like to try to isolate the issue by having you restore your iPhone to factory settings. You can do this by making a backup of your content, then restore iOS using the latest version iTunes. If the issue is caused by the iOS software this will resolve it.
Back up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restore your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to factory settings

Note: We’d like for you to test the iPhone before restoring the backup. Restoring from the backup may place the same issue back on the iPhone.

Please let me know if this helps.
Have a great day!
