So i got super mario run and it is a great game so i decided to buy the full version but every time i try to make a purchase it says it could not be completed. Is it because there is to much people or is it something else. If it's something else how do i fix it?

I had the same issue when purchasing the full version. I ended up purchasing an itunes card and redeeming it on my iphone. But whenever I wanted to purchase the game I received an error / support code or the message you have insufficient funds in your apple store credit. After several tries and nothing positive happening I decided to enter my credit card info and it finally worked! It used my itunes credit to purchase the full game. I then deleted my credit card info and selected "none" for payment option. Now I have the full game.

If you are also getting a message to contact iTunes Support then have you done so ? If not you will need to contact them (these are user-to-user forums) :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
