iPhone simulation for support purposes

Hi,

I work in IT support for a company that has a fairly large (200+) iPhone user base.

When we get support calls for the iPhone (we are on a Windows environment), without a method to remote view the iPhone in question, it is hard to provide support to someone remotely who is struggling with a faulty iPhone.

It is not economically viable to have an iPhone in the support team just for support purposes, but I wondered if there is a website or application that we can use to sim/emulate an iPhone 6/6s/7 in our company's configuration?

I have come across this facility with older iPhones and other brands too, and it makes it a lot easier to walk someone through their problem on the phone if you can follow the same steps on a device locally, but in the absence of such a device, I have found a simulator to provide an almost the same level of assistance, if you can configure it in a similar way.
