I have prior movies on my iPad as seen in sync window. Upgraded phone and iPad with recent OS 10.2 update. iPad doesn't show Home Videos or my own library but phone does. Rebooted and still no way to access. Seems to be a problem on the iPad download only? Any suggestions?

Hi. Try this trick to enable access to videos, IOS 10.2 update deleted all videos.

Forget about wi-fi, infos, Vlc, downloads, etc.
I have an ipad pro and all my home videos are ok in my itunes account, when I plug my ipad, but after the sync I wasnt able to find them in my ipad / tv app.
You need to put your movies first here: iTunes / Movies / Home Movies.
Than plug you ipad, and check you Sync Movies.
Sync
Now just open the TV app, click Library and you will find a tab: Home Movies...they will be there.
It wasnt a bug.
But Apple should teach how to.
