Per Apple and the issues with watchOS 3.1.1, the instructions suggest deleting the update file from the Watch app on your phone. How do you delete the install file?

On my iPhone the "Delete Download" option was at the bottom of " My Watch (tab) > General > Usage > Software Update". I had to scroll the panel up to see it.
If the update file has already been downloaded (but not yet installed), follow the steps here to remove it:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > Usage > Software Update - delete the download.
Yes, I see those instructions, but how do you delete it? There is no option to delete, no swipes will bring up a delete option.
