iPhone 6 64gb stuck is safe mode.

I have an iPhone 6 64gb stuck in safe mode and iTunes can't restore it(my iPhone goes by itself on safe mode after I tried to update it from iOS 9.3.2 to 9.3.5 and iTunes said me that it couldn't update iOS and I had to restore it)... It says "iPhone could not be restored. Error 9/53/56/4013" Can someone hel me please? Apple call center try to help me but all the systems that They told me to do failed. I took it to the Brescia's white store and they decline me with "Some parts could not be original and the iPhone could not be able to boot it up." The problem is that they don't have opened my phone and I have ever done any repair job. I tried to put the phone in dfu mode and install iOS 10.2 by the firmware but itunes says the same boring thing "iPhone could not be restored. Error 9/53/56/4013".

Can someone help me please?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2, I think it is iOS 9.3.2

You can find troubleshooting information for specific errors here: Get help with iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support.

Sounds to me like your phone has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized 3rd party. That will render your phone untouchable by Apple.

You can not install anything other than the current version of iOS on the device. I don't know what you were doing to try and get 9.3.5 installed this late in the game, but it's entirely possible that you have borked the phone with whatever 'hack' you were attempting to use.

Hey man.

Wait a minute, I have not try to do a jailbreak or anything else strange.

I'm the first owner and I haven't done any repair or something like this (in fact I have a cracked original screen)

I tried to update iOS from 9.3.2 to 9.3.5 by the normal iTunes button "update".

I'm sure that I don't do or did anything strange or everything else that can modified or hack my iPhone.

That's why I answered to Apple comunities.

There is no way to 'try' to update to 9.3.5 using the "normal iTunes button 'update'" now that 9.3.5 is no longer being signed. You can ONLY update to the current version. As of a few days ago, that is iOS 10.2.

The error messages you're getting may be pointing to a hardware problem. Sounds like that 'cracked' screen isn't the only thing wrong.

I've no idea what "Brescia's white store" is, but you should try taking it to an actual Apple Store to see what they say, or call AppleCare back and arrange for mail in service.
