I would like to see what kind of cookies Instagram is putting on my computer I have tried looking in "~/Library/Cookies", but I either did not know what to look for or did not find it. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help.

Visit the site, in this case, Instagram.
Right click on an empty spot on the page.
Choose “Inspect Element” from the contextual menu.
Inspect Element window will open at the bottom of the page.
Click on the Storage tab.
If you don’t see the Storage feature, click the “+” button at the end of the tab bar.
Feature bar will show up.
Click on the Storage feature icon to add that feature.
The first column from the left will show cookies.
Click the disclosure triangle beside Cookies for details.
To close the Inspect Element window, click the “X” button at top left most part of the window.
