Has Game Center been hacked?

Every time I open the Solitaire app I am asked to sign in to the game Center with my Apple ID and password. I've been get a four second video of a man working on a mountain bike with tattoos all over his arms. This is not a video that I made. I do not know this man. I am using an iPhone 6s and I am with iOS 10. It did it before the most recent update to 10.2 and still does it now. I'll just started in the past few days

I have restarted the phone. I have quit the app and restarted the app. I have even signed out of game Center and when I sign back on opening solitaire in the video reappears. If I had to cancel and do not sign in the video appears.

Strange. Just before trying to get this to send and it seems to have resolved itself. Just curious if anyone else is having a problem. I changed my password and recovery questions. I still have to sign in frequently

The strange for second video is back and we appeared after I unlocked my Apple ID. My daughter had tried my old password several times that she is convinced her iTunes music works better if she's logged in as me. I'm putting a stop to this.

Has anyone seen the strange video or have any idea where it is come from? It's not an advertisement I don't think
