Please help my ipad shows disabled, connect to itunes but when i try to connect to itunes using my itunes on my new laptop it shows 'To allow access please respond on your iPad' how do i respond from iPad when it is showing disabled???

Don't post your email address (unless you really like spam emails), these are user public forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove it.


An iPad's passcode and an iTunes account's password are two separate things, resetting your iTunes account's password won't also reset a device's passcode.

Have you done that, connect the iPad to your computer's iTunes ? If not you need to do so in order to reset the iPad, my first reply on this thread has a link with instructions.
