how to transfer file from MacBook Air to itune

I have 3 voice memos on my iPhone 5, I tried to sync it to my MacBook Air but only 1 file is transferred, it refuses to transfer the other 2 files . All voice memo can be played back with the iPhone.

I managed to copy the files with Iexplore onto a folder on the desktop , but I can't play back the memo. Unfortunately I have deleted the source files from my iPhone.

1) How do I fix the file so that it can play back in iTunes or Quick Time Player ?

2) How do I transfer back the file to the iPhone and redo the copying again. ( In some situation when the file in the iPhone cannot be synced to the iTunes or play back on the phone it tried by clicking the edit button and sync or copy it to the computer it works )

3) How to recover deleted voice memo on the phone ?

I also encounter cases where the recorded memo can't play back in the iPhone and can't played back when I copy it to the desktop folder with explore. How do I solve this problem.

Select the file on your desktop and in Finder / File, click on Get Info. What kind of file is it? Near the bottom of the Get Info window, there is a place saying "Open with." Try changing that to iTunes or Quick Time Player.

You could try Restore backup, if you have the iPhone backed up to your computer or to iCloud.
