karaoke music

I bought Karaoke music from www.meragana.com and i am using it on iMac (El capitan) and iPhone 6s plus without any problem. When i try to use it on Macbook air (version 10.11.6) it downloads chosen music track but doesn't play. Do I need to make any adjustments in Macbook? My plug-ins are on and i have latest Adobe Flash player. Please help.
