Those 2000 codes usually mean your Network is sub-standard in some fashion. Hidden network-name or missing DNS numbers are two common issues. The rest of the requirements are in the last paragraphs of this document under "Learn More":

according to the requirements my network meets or exceeds all of them in order to use internet recovery so i tried it again and now getting error code -2003F
Is your network-name hidden?
what DNS numbers is your Router using?
Have you reset your Router recently? try that.
Can you move your Mac close enough to connect it to your Router with an Ethernet cable (presuming your Mac has an Ethernet port)?
network name is not hidden. rebooted router, no joy....my mac book pro doesnt have and Ethernet port.
reset router again and tried to use internet recovery. Now I am getting error code -5010F
8th time seemed to be the charm.. internet recovery worked finally.
