HomeKit stuck on loading scenes and accessories.

I have tried every reset or adjustment I could find on any form it still does nothing but come up with a white screen that says loading scenes and accessories I've tried resets I've tried factory reset. I just wanted to work at this point this is on an iPhone 6s
