family sharing information is not available

Under iCloud it says Family Sharing information is not available. I have two children already on my Family Sharing and I was in the process of adding a third when I received an error message saying something about the Apple server experiencing an error. Since then I haven't been able to get it to work. And I have even done a hard reset.
