MacBook makes noise but does not turn on

MacBook Pro 13inch 2012 edition doesn't seem to want to turn on. What happened was it kept turning off and doing double beeps so I did a disk utility and erased the data from hard drive, as I turned it back on, it started doing a internet recovery and mid way through that it completely shut off and hasn't turned on since. I've tried all the keyboard combinations, taking out the battery and putting it back in trick but still the same problem. The lights on the side that show the battery life works normally and comes on and when I put it to my ear and turn it on, I can hear it turn on then turn off all of a sudden, screen stays black and so does the light that comes on when you press the power button, any advice or guidance on what to do?
