Downloaded The CW app and when I launch I get an error Error Launching Application - The operation couldn't be completed. (TVMLKitErrorDomain error 3.) I've updated Apple TV, uninstalled and reinstalled app, factory reset Apple TV.

I have also emailed them but was hoping I would get a response from someone who has fixed this issue. Based on recent reviews it seems as if the the app is working for others.
Its not something a user can fix, those reviews are unlimely to be for the ATV version.

I wish, I haven't gotten anywhere with this. I contacted The CW on the Dec 18th via this link: http://cwtv.com/feedback/comments but have not gotten a response.

Yes, I live in the US. The app works on my iPad, just not my Apple TV.

As above, it is the developers responsibility to fix any issue with the app. You need to contact them
