super mario run

We use family sharing for app purchases but when my son asked to purchase the super MARIO run add on levels for $9.99 it never came for me for approval not is it in the Notifications on my phone. However on his app it says 'proceed with the purchase once a guardian approves - support code 804-4105". How do I approve the purchase or reset the request do he can purchase the levels?

Hi there, DaveD7.
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! It appears you're not receiving the "Ask to Buy" notifications from your son's requests for the additional levels in Super Mario Run. But, when he checks the status, it's showing he can only proceed once you've approved. I use Family Sharing with my son too and I'll be glad to help.
Get help using Ask to Buy -- Check yours and your son's settings to make sure you're being notified as you should.

Let me know how that goes and take care!

Hi,

I had the same issue when purchasing the full version. I ended up purchasing an itunes card and redeeming it on my iphone. But whenever I wanted to purchase the game I received an error / support code or the message you have insufficient funds in your apple store credit. After several tries and nothing positive happening I decided to enter my credit card info and it finally worked! It used my itunes credit to purchase the full game. I then deleted my credit card info and selected "none" for payment option. Now I have the full game.

I hope this help you and many others with the same problem. Also add me to your friends list on mario I'm "Brookie"

Enjoy the game!

Same issue here too: stuck in parent approval mode on kids ipad.

First notification came through but credit card info was not up to date.

Now that the credit card info is up to date, we can't figure out how to resend the notification.

Tried reinstalling, linking to my Nintendo, everything like that. No luck. Called Nintendo and they said to contact apple. Sent apple an email, got a reply that they were working in it and will get back to us. Now it's been several weeks and heard nothing. Not sure what to do. Any ideas out there? Apple?
