How to contact Citizens One? Website is broken, hasn't worked for months (Apple iPhone Upgrade Program)
Signed up for Apple Upgrade Program, which makes an account with Citizen's One.
Their website does not work, you cannot create an online account to manage, payoff, or change payment info. For months, it doesn't work.
They do not reply to social media inquiries either (they say send a message, you do, they don't actually read or reply). If you call them...you get a loop forever.
If the ONLY problem was that their website has been broken for months, that would be bad enough.
I am surprised and disappointed that Apple keeps signing people up with a company that conducts itself in the exact opposite manner that Apple does.
