How could I complain about B-tech Egypt "Authorized Apple Reseller"?!
I am trying to buy an iPhone 6s Plus 64 GB from B-tech Egypt. I registered the order online to the installment. Usually the process takes up to six days. I applied on Dec 4th and till now it is not finished yet.
The problem is they claim that I have applied for iphone 6 16 GB and if iIdon't want to take that I should apply agai. In those 2 weeks, the iPhone 6s plus 64 GB price increased 3k EGP so I have to pay it because of their fault.
They still saying it's my fault and it is a system glitch maybe.
How on earth an Apple Reseller scam us?!
