Hi. You can see which apps are using storage this way:

Go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > STORAGE Manage Storage. Note that this is the first Manage Storage. Wait for the list to populate and tap on the entry for the app. You can delete an app directly from there and it will remove all its data. Otherwise, you can enter the app and use its controls to remove individual files. You can clean out Safari data under Settings > Safari. For Chrome, it's under the ... menu in the app. You can delete a mail account to remove the data for that account.
