Delete the AdFly app from your iPhone.

Press and hold the AdFly icon for a few seconds. When it starts to dance, tap the cross, then confirm you want to delete the app.

Thanks for your reply.. I just don't have such app installed to my iphone, and adfly redirect safari to their website whenever i surf
