I Inadvertently put the SIM card in the slot in the side of the phone without putting it back in the SIM card holder and now I can't get the SIM card out of the phone. It appears to be stuck or lost inside there. How do I get it back out ?
If you are in a country with an Apple Store, make a Genius Bar appointment. Otherwise search on the Apple Support site for your country in order to locate an authorized service provider. In some cases it could be a carrier, in others, not.

Take it in to an AUTHORIZED service provider to see if they can help you. If you try to do it yourself, you might end up damaging the phone and making the situation worse.
