I am trying to manage my so many NOTES I have . So far I loose so much time looking for an information in my Notes list. I am wondering if there is a way to create sub folders in my Iphone and Ipad Notes.

Sorry, the question about subfolder and not the folder. As far as I know, it is possible to create a folder but not sub-folder. May be in the future Apple will consider this important feature as NOTES is vital for many iPhone users today and we hope they pay attention to it instead of diverting to other non-Apple applications.
You can create subfolder on a Mac in Notes app by dragging a folder into an other folder. Now I found this post while looking if this option is available under iOS. Apparently it’s not supported on iPad.

On the lower right corner of the Notes app, you should see a link called NEW FOLDER. Tap it and get a dialog to create a new folder either locally or on iCloud.
Once created, you can MOVE notes between folders to organize them.
