How do I add the genius mixes in iTunes to my iPod touch?

I use Genius mixes all the time as I sit at my desk working, I can understand how you would want to take them with you.
If you take a look at iTunes 11 for Windows: Use Genius Shuffle, Genius playlists, or Genius Mixes it will show you how to make Genius playlists that you would be able to sync to your device. The Genius mixes are continuously going where the Genius playlists have a defined length. That is why the playlists can be synced.
