Weird artifacts on screen after opening lid

Hi!

I have been using my Macbook Pro 13" (early 2015) for a year now without any major problems on it.

However I have encountered this problem when waking up my laptop from sleep. When opening the lid, a huge amount of artifacts and weird lines appear on the screen. However, this disappears after ten seconds and the computer works fine. This is not a major problem, but it is still very annoying and frightening. It also happens very randomly, so it is really hard to troubleshoot.

I have taken it to the local Apple premium reseller store four times, and they have tried to fix it. They have replaced the display and the logic board, but the problem still encounters. They said they have tried everything and that I should contact Apple directly, which I will do soon, but I would like to know whether anyone else has encountered this problem.

Here are some photos, two with "before and after" and one really big artifact. Sorry for the messed up alignment on the photos, but I think you will get what I am meaning. (I have blurred out my name)
