"my support Profile"

I've always been able to view My Support Profile via Apple Support . That's where I would keep track of all my apple device including airport express, apple tv as well as my IOS devices.

Last time I looked was Oct 2016.

Just spoke with apple support and after advising me to try the supportprofile.apple.com - which yielded a message "this page has moved" H e agreed he can't find where it went and suggested I talk to customer

FYI - what I loved about the old Page looked

It was three columns:

first column listed your personal info

second column listed all your devices from apply comp - wifi - tv - etc

third column listed device detail like type model serial nbr

at the bottom it then listed repair cases etc.

I could print the page out and keep it handy to jot down when I loaded updates - etc.

pretty nice - still miss it.

These are the two paths now to get to your support profile - follow the instructions on the first one:

Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in - Apple Support

Or, start here (and scroll down to the Get Support button towards the bottom of the page:

Unfortunately, they discontinued the easily accessible site. Aside from that, you will now need an iCloud account if you wish to add a device (unless you purchased it directly from Apple, in which case it will be added automatically).
