iPhone 7 plus dont support personal hotspot

I just migrate from iPhone 6 plus to iPhone 7 plus (iOS 10.2) with same SIM Card, the problem on my new phone is i cant find personal hotspot menu.

Is the new iPhone 7 plus dont support that??
