Can't make purchases becasue no English language due to Apple ID based in Thailand

This is really nuts of Apple. Because my Apple ID has a Thailand address every page I get served up is in Thai language.

I can't proceed to make purchases because all of the fields are in Thai.

I can't change my Apple ID because all of the details are in Thai.

I can't do ******* anything because every page displays in Thai because Apple thinks everyone who lives in Thailand only speaks and reads Thai.

I can't even change my billing address to another country to get around the Thai.
