Does Apple Pay/Wallet Support Paypal yet?

Yes, just got off the phone with PayPal support and what a painful experience. When I finally got the right person, she explained that currently only Android Pay is supported. However, she fully expects Apple Pay to be added at some point; just could not say when.

EDIT: Just to clarify my particular details. I am trying to add my PayPal Debit Mastercard to Apple Pay; I'm not adding my PayPal account.

Here's a weird one I can't explain. It was on my account. It worked with my watch and everything (a credit card from PayPal, to clarify). However, after an update to an iPhone 8+ and updating my watch (Series II) to os4, I can no longer add it. It seems I left the Twilight Zone. Was anyone else ever able to add this in the past and can't now?

I was able to use PayPal for in App purchases. Now it no longer allows me. It shows PayPal as an option for payment but after I set it up and click DONE it says this form of payment is not available on this device. Very Frustra
