Can any one help me as i try to copy of move audio regions and they end up jumping onto other channels or
just disappearing all together, it only stops if i close logic x and re open, its getting really frustrating now

2 things to look for. Check that "snap" not set to shuffle right or left. Then in preferences you can set Logic to only move regions either horizontally (time) or vertically (track change) in a single move. This should help to not change tracks accidentally when trying moving on the time axis.
