What is the keyboard shortcut to shutdown mac with touch bar?

Step 1:

System Preferences -> Mission Control

Change "Show Desktop" to F10

Change "Show Dashboard" to F11

Step 2:

System Preferences -> Keyboard

Click "App Shortcuts"

Click "+" symbol to add new

Leave Application as "All Applications"

Type in Menu Title exactly this phrase (without quotation marks): "Shut Down..."

Click cursor in the Keyboard shortcut field, then on keyboard hold "fn" key then select "F12" on touchbar

Result:

Holding "fn" key and selecting "F12" on touchbar will bring up the shutdown prompt.

Holding "fn" key and selecting "F10" will show desktop, holding "F11" will show dashboard.

I think to shut down the Mac book pro having touch bar feature installed is to click on apple logo & shut down .

You can at least save one click by holding down the option key while clicking on Shutdown in the Apple menu.

Pressing and holding the power button may be as fast or faster than any other method? I rarely shut mine down so haven't spent any time looking for other options.

Pressing and holding the power button does not do a controlled shutdown. It should only be used as an emergency shutdown when your Mac has become completely unresponsive to all other methods.

The 'holding the power button for ten seconds' method does an uncontrolled power-off. This precludes copying the updated directory back to the drive, and may cause disk directory corruption. It is not a good idea unless you have no other alternatives.
