Dear MoonJ. Your response is the most unhelpful I have seen from Apple.
It is almost a year later and I have exactly the same problem as Guacamole and the other 17 people who responsed to this post. Worse, nobody ever responded to nylosp.
I logged into Artist Connect and subsequently received and email saying my account verification is being verified and to expect another email ..... which never arrived.
When I log into Artist connect it says "Verified" but there are no options for management.
So, how do we unlock these features? Clearly there has been a verification issue in the Apple system.
