MBP stuck at apple logo and load half way and paused

i've tried all the methods proposed before i posted this.

the command + shift + P + R

After pressing the above command, my screen still goes back to the apple logo. It doesn't even bring me to the safe mode as mentioned by others.

MacBook Pro, iOS 10.1.1

That is not the way to boot into Safe Mode.

Reinstall El Capitan or Sierra Without Erasing Drive

Please be sure you back up if you can.

Restart the computer. Immediately after the chime hold down the Command and R keys until the Utility Menu appears.
Select Disk Utility and click on the Continue button.
Select the indented (usually, Macintosh HD) volume entry from the the side list.
Click on the First Aid icon in the toolbar. Wait until the Done button activates, then click on it.
Quit Disk Utility and return to the Utility Menu.
Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
