Watch 360 VR Videos On iOS

I recently noticed that Safari on iOS can't view 360 videos properly, and instead tries to cram it all on one screen. My friends at school recently told me that the YouTube app will let you view them. So, I go to the App Store. It's rated 17 and up so I can't download it, and my parents told me they can't enable YouTube without enabling all 17 and up apps. I searched all over the internet and the App Store for apps that are rated 12 and up that will enable me to view 360 vr videos from YouTube. I couldn't find any. So, here's my question: Is there an app that enables me to view 360 vr videos from YouTube that aren't rated 17 and up, or at least from copy and pasting a link?
