undo "forget this device" bluetooth stopped pairing

Cannot pair bluetooth to my IPhone after mistakenly hitting forget this device. I uploaded latest IOS software only my IPhone 5c and tried to re connect my Motorola Bluetooth but no success. The device wheel just keeps spinning. I made sure bluetooth is fully charged and turned on, I turned my phone on and off several times.I am very frustrated! Can anyone help me?
