I am beginning to have trouble when charging with cables via the lightning port on my iPhone 5S and wanted to know if anybody could recommend a brand of electrical contact cleaner?
I have tried removing fluff with a pointy object and blasted it with compressed air, but the connection issues still remain.
Any ideas please?

In the end though I went with the tried and tested method of condensed air and a toothpick or two, it worked well enough.
The absolute best solution is carbon-tet (carbon tetrachloride) spray but unfortunately it was banned fifty years ago.
