Wake reason: EC.LidOpen (User) - didn't even open it

I've a strange problem with my MacBook Air from 2012 (June) with Sierra installed. It will not go to sleep properly. When I closed the lid yesterday it had 100% battery. When I open it this morning it had 76%. This night it woke up 04:23 with the reason that the lid was opened, but it really wasn't. No one has touched the computer. Does anyone have any clue why it shows that the lid has been open?
