I wonder do i have warranty in EUROPE for my SIM FREE iPhone 7 Plus ( A1661 ) purchased in USA ?

Nope. The warranty on iPhones is not international and never has been.
You can read the warranty on Apple's web site at https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/
Every iphone warranty includes (and has always included) a clause that grants Apple the right to limit iPhone service to the country of original purchase, if they chose to.
