Missing settings on my iPhone

I had an iPhone 6 from which at some point I had some settings in my settings app missing (to be more specific, in Mobile Data, all the settings which allowed me what apps can use my mobile data or not, suddenly disappeared) now I got an iPhone 7 enter all my iCloud details and stuff, open my phone and the settings are missing on this one as well. What can I do about it?

Maybe turning off Cellular Data for a minute or two might help.

Another thing you can try is to reset your network settings:

Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
