When reading on multiple websites simulatenously (on many different tabs) I have to switch between them fast. It's extremely annoying that Safari hides the whole navigation&tab-bar when you start scrolling down a page. I've searched for an option to stop this but only found answers saying "thats not possible"
So if it's possible: where/how?
If not: Apple make it possible!
iPad Air, iOS 10.2
Or simply tap the top of the screen to make the tab bar appear. People have been asked for full screen view and they got it.
