Merry Christmas everyone. Help, my HD built-in camera does not work. I discovered this when I turned on Photo Booth. Instead of seeing myself, all I saw was a black screen with an icon "There is no connected camera."
Does that mean I cannot use Face Time as well? I planned to connect with some family members this Christmas through Face Time. 😟

Try rebooting your machine. If that doesn't help, try an SMC reset: Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support

If none of that works, I'm afraid you will have to call Apple for a hardware repair.
