How to manage storage IOS files?

When I go to the Apple top left corner, click on About This Mac, then Storage.

In MAC OS Sierra it comes up with ways to manage storage. One option that came up was the following? Which one do I delete? When I clicked on the middle one which was my iPad it came up with following. See two screen saved docs. Within these blue folders are just numbers with dates. Presume safe to delete the earliest one only? Can someone advise please? Thank you, Belinda

Those are backups to (possibly) three different iPhones/Pads/Pods.

You can delete any of them and it won't affect your Mac. However, you won't have a backup for the devices you delete.

You might find it easier to delete the older backups from the iTunes Preferences, Devices.
