Suddenly, Dictation in my Iphone 5 only works with headset.
I cant find any setting for this, any ideas what can be wrong?

It turned out that the microphone used for dictation was broken, why are not all microphones when dictating? Google dictation works well for the use either the microphone works, or all, I do not know.
My internal microphones seem to work. For example, running Voice Memos or Google Chrome voice instead of keyboard works perfectly, just dictation not working....
