Sir i have a iPhone 6s+ and there is a icloud lock on this phone. And i don't know the previous owner of this iPhone. Please help me to remove the icloud from this phone or find the previous owner.

You can't. Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the lock.
Activation lock is an anti-theft feature designed to make the phone unusable to anyone other than the rightful owner.
There isn't a way to do that without the assistance of the previous owner. If you can't contact them the only other option would be to try to get a refund if you purchased the phone through a 3rd party such as eBay.
