My iPad Air 2 version iOS 8 have been permanently disabled,and it is not showing any time period for the next attempt. Unfortunately I haven't synced my iPad to any of my systems. How can I unlock my iPad ? Help !!

You need to connect it to a computer's iTunes : If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


Not having connected it to a computer before just means that you won't have an iTunes backup to then restore to. If you have an iCloud backup and want to restore to it : Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Not having connected it to a computer before just means that you won't have an iTunes backup to then restore to. If you have an iCloud backup and want to restore to it : Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
