My launchpad used to always be visible at the bottom of the screen. Now it is gone

My launchpad used to be visible at the bottom of my screen and now it is hidden. How do I get it back?

iMac, iOS 10.1.1

Use the Finder Go menu and click Applications, scroll down to Launchpad in the Finder window and then drag Launchpad to the Dock.
