Can't turn of Watch code

When I take off my Apple Watch, the watch is immediately locked, and I need to use my pin code to open it again. Is it possible to turn this feature completely off?

I've opened settings > code on my watch, but "turn off code" is not clickable, only "change code".

Why?

Hi

As the Passcode option cannot be turned off, passcode restrictions are likely enforced on your iPhone (via a corporate configuration profile, mobile device management or Exchange policy).

Where passcode restrictions are set on a managed iPhone, they also affect Apple Watch. In such cases, it is therefore not be possible to turn off the watch's passcode.

If your iPhone is managed in this way, contact your device administrator for further information and help.
